How We Can Help

Cartwright Whitman Baer PC has extensive appellate experience, including the creation of written briefs and oral arguments. Firm members have handled more than one hundred appeals, resulting in almost forty reported opinions in the Oregon state and federal appellate courts.

Our recent appeals have included prominent cases developing the common law of undue influence, will contests, equitable remedies and procedure, and jurisdictional questions that frequently arise in our core practice areas of probate and trust litigation. The firm handles all its appeals, and accepts referrals of appeals from other attorneys.
