Professional Experience
Mr. Ling joined the firm in January 2012. Prior to joining Cartwright Whitman Baer PC, Mr. Ling was a paralegal for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, with an emphasis on construction defect and personal injury litigation matters in Oregon and Washington. Mr. Ling is admitted to practice in Oregon.
In addition to his work at Cartwright Whitman Baer PC, Mr. Ling is actively involved in several specialty bar organizations in Oregon. He currently serves as the co-chair for the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association (OMLA) and sits on the Advocacy Committee of the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association (OAPABA).
